I did a demo at the McDougall 3-Day Advance Study Weekend yesterday. It was great! I spent most of Friday making the samples and prepping for my demo. I am always a little nervous when going on stage, especially in front of 250 people and the internet (the entire event is televised online for a fee).

After my sister's post about the wax coated apples, we got many questions about why not just peel the skin off and eat the apples. Apple skins (like other frit & vegetable skins) are so jam packed with nutrients, we prefer to eat them instead of throwing those nutrients away.
