You’re definitely not alone!

When I asked our members:

“Was there a food you didn't like but after you began preparing Meal Mentor meals, your tastes changed and you like it now?"

These were the most common answers:

  1. Mushrooms
  2. Cauliflower
  3. Sweet Potatoes
  4. Lentils
  5. Bell Peppers

I hated mushrooms too!! (Zucchini or eggplant is a good substitute) but now LOVE them.
