This week’s meal plan is for you!

For example with these Mt. Olympus Stacks you just pile delicious things on polenta (which you can buy at TJs or any store prepared in a tube). 

Korean BBQ Sliders:mix spices with lentils, toss shredded cabbage with mayo and seasonings. done. Gorgeous!

TBH, all of these recipes LOOK Impressive, but are really easy to make.

IDEAL for newbie cooks and “bad” cooks. 

The only skill you need is being able to boil water for pasta. 

Even though I’m an “expert” cook, I've been leaning away from hot cooked food lately, so these “no cook” meals are right up my alley too!

I blow everyone away with these parfaits:

Good for breakfast, brunch or dessert. 

Feel super proud when you make these beginner meals:

  • Mango Tango Salad
