Every year on Earth Day (April 22) I ask my non-veg family and friends to try veganism for the day.

Eating a wholesome vegan diet is about the greenest thing you can do for the planet and making decisions with your fork is a whole lot easier than planting a tree (though still plant one if you can!)

Wow! 100+ people shared how they DO tofu! By far the most popular way to eat tofu was a la tofu scramble and other popular methods were sauteed and eaten on top of a salad or along side veggies; or slipped into a smoothie or dessert.
