Before we left Montreal, Scott & I made a trip to Aux Vivres. I've been to a lot of vegan restaurants in my travels but I've never been to a restaurants as busy as a NYC vegan restaurant outside of NYC, until now. Aux Vivres was crazy busy and I loved that excited energy.

1. What kind of sweetener do you use for cereal and tea?

I don't eat cereal -- they're a little too processed to me (I mean, just exactly happened to the grains for them to take on those weird “cereal” shapes?), but no judgement here for cereal lovers, I used to be one, too!

My advice is always to lead by example. I find that is the best way to inspire real change in others. I've tried other methods in the past, including shoving information down someone's throat, but none of it worked as well as merely being a positive example.

But there are other ways you can inspire change, beyond being your beautiful self.
