I feel like I'm traveling non-stop these past few weeks - and I love it! I arrived in LA yesterday morning, and I am traveling again today to San Diego.

I got to stop by the Forks Over Knives office for lunch - they even had both HHC and EHH!

Last night I was back in Austin for the SXSW Plant-Strong Potluck with John Joseph from the Cro Mags, Robert Cheeke from Vegan Bodybuilding, and Rip Esselstyn from The Engine 2 Diet. I was amazed at how many people came -- I'd swear there were over 200 people there! It was so much fun I may have to come back to Austin just to go to another one.
