Meet our Herbies of the Week: Sara & Jeff!
After losing his dad to congestive heart failure, Jeff started researching different diets when he came across a plant-based diet. Following a long discussion with his wife, Sara, they both agreed to adopt a plant-based diet as an experiment for 3 months.
It wasn't long before for their experiment became a lifestyle change, especially when Jeff lowered his blood pressure in two weeks! He also lowered his cholesterol and they both lost a combined total of 35lbs.
In addition to their newfound health, Sara and Jeff also noticed improvements when it came to their running abilities and are teaching their 4 children how to make better choices when it comes to their health.

Meet our Herbie of the Week: Tara!
Tara once suffered from a laundry list of health issues including headaches, depression, chronic constipation, fatigue, ulcers, sinus infections, and severe PMS symptoms as well as high cholesterol and blood pressure. The most debilitating, however, was her gastrointestinal problem.

Meet our Herbie of the Week: Stevi!
Facing the need to be put on statins for high cholesterol, Stevi made the decision to transition to a plant-based diet.
Fast forward almost two years later, and the results are incredible! In addition to lowering her cholesterol (by nearly 100 pts! without the use of statins), Stevi's almost off her blood pressure meds and feels great!
