As with any book, there are some corrections that are found after printing. I try to catch them beforehand, but there are a few that slip through.
Thankfully they are being corrected, or have already been corrected. Below are the corrections for Everyday Happy Herbivore.

Masala Burgers, pg. 83 - step 4 correction, step should read: "Add spices, ketchup, and instant oats, stirring to combine."
Kidney Quinoa Burgers, pg. 85 - step 5 correction ...
Hi Herbies, this is Courtney again. I was in the store the other day with Lindsay, and we were looking at the ingredients of some foods. I am still amazed at some of the ingredients that companies are allowed to use.
Half of them I don't even know how to pronounce or spell without looking at the package. Are they really necessary? How are we supposed to know what these ingredients are?

Yesterday was the photo shoot for the cover of my third cookbook, Happy Herbivore Abroad, which will be out later this year (December).
While we had a lot of fun -- it was crazy with all the prep work on Friday (I made 8 recipes!) and even the actual shoot was surprisingly tiring. I have a whole new level of respect for models and photographers! Seriously, I needed a nap afterwards.
