I was not born a baker. I wasn't even born with a love for baking. I have a couple of girlfriends (and one guy friend too!) who live and die for baking. They can't wait until the weekend to make fresh bread, cupcakes, pies from scratch — you name it.
They post amazing pictures on social media and I, meanwhile, look at my biscuits that are lopsided, not uniform and don't really look anything like biscuits, either.
Almost daily I receive emails asking me questions like -- how many grams of protein do I need? How many cups of greens do I need to eat? Is 1 cup of almond milk a day too much? And so forth.
Here's the beauty of the plant-based diet: You don't need to worry about it!
Just eat plants and your body will do the 'math' for you.

I've been getting a lot of emails asking for an explanation of the term "processed" — what is a processed food exactly? Is X food more processed than Y food? Is Z food processed?
Here's an example of a recent email:
My sister contends that both wine and oils are processed, so is wine not okay as oil is not okay? Any suggestions?
