Wow this is bliss!! Week 9: Simplify your coffee or tea setup Posted by:Lindsay S. Nixon Category: minimalist

This week's mini minimalist challenge was another show stopper!

I can't believe what a transformation this had on my kitchen, environment, and morning coffee routine.

Week 9: Simplify your coffee or tea setup

Since I am the only coffee and tea drinker in the house, I switched to this small Keurig a few years back. (I got it on sale for less than $50).

Prior to this challenge, I had my k-cups along with my tea bags in a cupboard …

If you're new to the series... scroll down for info 👇 👇

Here is my latest accountability:

Week 6: Choose 3 kitchen tools you don’t need

Last week's challenge inflated my ego (spoilers: I had no expired items in my pantry) and as soon as I read this week's challenge:

Week 4: Let go of mismatched containers

Since I meal plan and batch cook every week, I am familiar with all our food/meal storage containers.

There are no missing tops or bottoms... nothing is mismatching...

Video of me reviewing food containers here.

Week 3: Clearing the Pantry + Vegan Pantry Meals & What I Made Posted by:Lindsay S. Nixon Category: minimalist

Years ago I stopped bulk buying, buying "sale" items, or buying anything I wouldn't use in a week

I've saved thousands (truly thousands) of dollars this way.

For most of my life I lived in apartments that were so small my home couldn't be a warehouse.

Once I had a little more room, I seized on "buy one get one" type deals but soon found myself with too many items I wasn't using. This lead to a cluttered pantry …
