- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 2 cup mashed potato
- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 tbsp miso
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Cook carrots in water or steam until very tender.
- Transfer to a food processor with mashed potato, nutritional yeast, mustard, miso, lemon juice, spices, and ½ cup water.
- Blend until smooth and thick.
