Vegan Chickpea Tacos Recipe

If you don't like them, something is seriously wrong with your tongue. This dish is also another great weekday meal. It comes together in about 30 minutes from start to finish but you can make the chickpeas a few days in advance for an even quicker meal.

I'm incredibly proud that they're such a hit because its not every day a vegan carrot cake rules the school - especially a fat free, healthy one. By the way the maple icing is so good, you'll want to eat it with a spoon.
