- 4 whole prunes
- ¼ cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 a dash of garlic powder
- 1 a dash of onion powder
- 1 a dash of ground ginger
Instructions
- Soak prunes in ¼-cup HOT water for 10 minutes.
- Transfer both to a blender and puree.
- Add soy sauce, plus a few light dashes or garlic and ginger, and blend until smooth and homogenous.
- Taste, adding more ginger or garlic.
- If it's too thick, add water. If it's too runny, heat on the stove over low until it reduces.
- Refrigerate.
