- 1 whole green bell pepper, seeded and diced

- 1 whole yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 1 bunch fresh parsley, minced
- ¼ cup basalmic vinegar
- 2 tbsp raw sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together and allow to marinate for at least twelve hours. Chill before serving.
