I tend to expect perfection from myself and am always disappointed when I'm not perfect. But what I've come to appreciate with the meal plans is that it doesn't have to be all or nothing. It took me a few years to fully transition to being plant-based. But every meal that you make a healthy choice is a good one. And just take it one step at a time. Don't let not being perfect get in your way.
