Three years ago I started batch cooking and it changed my life.
It started with making oatmeal or ONO's to last the week.
That slowly morphed into making 1 "family" (serves 4) recipe to take for lunch all week.

Once I got a taste of that "come home and reheat" bliss…

SO I started cooking 3 recipes simultaneously on the weekend…
Then eventually 4 recipes...
Now I don't even think about it.
I wake up on Sunday, go to yoga, stop by the Farmer's market, come home, put on my favorite podcast, audible, or Hulu/Netflix, and cook our meals.
TBH, I look forward to this time—it's relaxing and I LOVE waking up every day knowing I'm going to have an awesome day, feel good, eat the way I should, and avoid the struggle bus.
