WHEN I GOT TIRED OF EATING THE SAME THING FOR LUNCH EVERY DAY...

I started cooking 2 recipes at the same time for variety. I figured, well, I'm already here cooking the one, might as well cook two!

THEN I had a massive breakthrough:
