"I finally began the meal plan.It - is - absolutely - FABULOUS!I have been shopping and cooking a day at a time. That is definitely not the way to do things! I only work three days a week, but it's twelve hour shifts and an hour commute each way. I gave up some sleep to commit to this and I am ever so glad! This week I will definitely shop for everything Wednesday and cook ahead Thursday (I work Fri-Sun).
