"I finally began the meal plan. It - is - absolutely - FABULOUS! I have been shopping and cooking a day at a time. That is definitely not the way to do things! I only work three days a week, but it's twelve hour shifts and an hour commute each way. I gave up some sleep to commit to this and I am ever so glad!
