"My husband and I have been meat-free and dairy-free since August 2012. We both lost about 45 pounds and hit a plateau. We were struggling to lose more weight and were just maintaining. We decided to start the HH Meal Plan this week. I have to say I was skeptical because I'm a pretty picky eater and I wasn't looking forward to eating things outside of my comfort zone. Since Monday, we have enjoyed every single meal! Not only are the meals great, but the time we get to spend together in the kitchen preparing has been such a blessing. :) And to top it all off, I've lost 5 pounds since Monday and he has lost 8 pounds.
