"I just finished my first week on the meal plan. I cooked brown rice and quinoa the night before I started. Literally everything I ate took me fifteen minutes, start to finish, to prepare. I would wake up, make breakfast and after eating, prepare my lunch. Chopping vegetables is quick and easy. Might have to boil noodles, but all in all, it was pretty quick each day. I loved it.
