Hi! It's Andrea (I used to post more often when I lived on an island with HH...that sentence never gets old) :) I recently set out to make English muffins for myself because when I worked at a bakery the designated bread baker made them for a local restaurant and they always looked amazeballs. Unfortunately, they weren't vegan so I never got the chance to taste them.
After researching recipes online, I realized they were incredibly easy to make, and coincidentally fat free! I emailed Lindsay after having eaten them and enjoying warm toasty English muffins- when she saw the pictures of the nooks and crannies, we decided it would be a fun recipe to share.
