Apple Jack Smoothie

I whipped this smoothie up one morning when it was all I had on hand and my goodness, delicious! A fan later messaged me saying she'd made it too, and it reminded her of Apple Jacks cereal... and thus, the name was born.

Ingredients

1 cup plant-based milk
1 whole bananas (frozen)
1 whole date
½ whole apple, diced
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 cup spinach, fresh

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon, into a blender and blend until smooth (adding more non-dairy milk as necessary). Add a few dashes of cinnamon, mix and serve.
