This week's Teaching Tuesday is something everyone can benefit from, especially if you're frequently in the kitchen making Happy Herbivore recipes ;).
So strap on your math hats because we're about to do some measuring conversions! (Don't worry, they're pretty easy.)
If you read my post on baking perfection and troubleshooting tips, rule #5 on my list is conversions. For example, did you know there are 8 fluid ounces in 1 cup? Or 2 tablespoons equal 1 fluid ounce?
