I just happen to be on a smoothie kick (thanks to HH30) and really loving starting my day with a nutrient packed tastes-like-dessert breakfast. This one is my favorite yet!
It has all the right flavors to make it taste exactly like an oatmeal cookie plus with the added oats it packs a fiber and protein punch. It's so freakin' delicious!!!
Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie Recipe

Description:
If you've ever wanted cookies for breakfast, this smoothie is for you. Rich, spicy and oh-so oatmealy.
Ingredients:
2 whole
bananas (frozen)
¼ cup
rolled oats
¼ cup
non-dairy milk
½ tsp
cinnamon
a dash of
ground cardamon (optional)
1 tbsp
raisins
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients together in a blender and whiz until smooth and creamy, adding extra non-dairy milk as necessary to achieve desired consistency. If using unsweetened non-dairy milk, add another 1 tbsp raisins. Garnish with a dash of cardamon or cinnamon if desired.
Per smoothie: 362 calories, 2.7g fat, 85g carbs, 9.7g fiber, 41.3g sugar, 7.4g protein
