- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp salt (optional)
Instructions
- Drain beans (reserving liquid) and rinse.
- Transfer beans to a food processor and add remaining ingredients.
- Puree until smooth and creamy, adding 1-2 tbsp bean liquid as necessary.
- Taste, adding more vinegar, lemon, or garlic as desired.
- Refrigerate up to 3 days.
