Instructions

Slice bell pepper and strawberries. Place in wraps with spinach and tomato slices. Roll up and enjoy!

Chef's Note: For a twist, sometimes I leave off the bell pepper, add in some white beans, and drizzle a little balsamic vinegar or fat-free balsamic vinaigrette over the fruits and vegetables.
