Apple Jack Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nondairy milk
  • 1 whole bananas (frozen)
  • 1 whole date
  • ½ whole apple, diced
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon, into a blender and blend until smooth (adding more plant-based milk as necessary). Add a few dashes of cinnamon, mix and serve.
