Three years ago I started batch cooking and it changed my life.
- I have so much more free time.

Once I got a taste of that " come home and reheat" bliss…

SO I started cooking 3 recipes simultaneously on the weekend…

Now I don't even think about it.
I wake up on Sunday, go to yoga, stop by the Farmer's market, come home, put on my favorite podcast, audible, or Hulu/Netflix, and cook our meals.
TBH, I look forward to this time—it's relaxing and I LOVE waking up every day knowing I'm going to have an awesome day, feel good , eat the way I should, and avoid the struggle bus.
