Tonight, I'm going with a classic: cornbread!
(and due to my crazyschedule this week I pre-recorded!)
Not only is this cornbread super easy to make (just five ingredients!well, six if you count salt), it's fat-free, filling and goes perfectly with all kinds of soups and chilis. It's been a fan favorite since it's debut in The Happy Herbivore Cookbook and now I'm making on camera.
