New Year, New You!

It's a New Year!! I'm always tempted to make grandiose resolutions with the New Year, but I rarely stick to them for more than a month (okay a week!) --- that was, until my sister Courtney let me in on a little secret.

A few years ago, Courtney decided to try to make general resolutions, like to wear a dress more often, instead of really specific ones. This worked for her-- it was an easier goal to attain than if she had said she would wear 52 dresses for the year.

And you know what? She wore more dresses -- a lot more! Taking her lead, I started making smaller and more general resolutions, too. Instead of saying I'll read 25 new books this year, I resolved to read more... and I surpassed my 25!

This year, why not resolve to learn more about being a happy herbivore through our new (free!) newsletter, 30 Days to Herbie Happiness?

You'll learn about nutritional labels, grains, juices, finding happiness, dealing with peer pressure and so much more.
