Just as good as making a whole batch of brownies but without the leftover temptation!
Ingredients:
2 tbsp
whole wheat pastry flour
1 tbsp
vegan chocolate chips
1 tbsp
light brown sugar
1 tbsp
unsweetened cocoa
1 tbsp
agave nectar
1 tbsp
unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp
non-dairy milk
¼ tsp
baking powder
¼ tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a single muffin cup and set aside. Mix flour, chocolate chips, sugar, cocoa and a light dahs of cinnamon together. Stir in agave, applesauce, non-dairy milk and a drop or two of vanilla extract until combined. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
