Happy Herbivore

This weekend Scott & I were invited to a kick @$$ vegan pizza party. (If you have not yet tried Teese, you must!) I thought the party guests would like a sweet treat after all the delicious homemade pizza and I was right. These beauties disappeared in 15 minutes flat! Aren't they CUTE? We served them with tubs of vegan chocolate and vanilla icing.

The great thing about making these mini's (and letting people pick their frosting) is that most people got to enjoy several different cupcake combos! Double Chocolate, Vanilla-Vanilla, Chocolate with Vanilla Frosting, Vanilla with Chocolate... plus it made "transport" much easier!
