Ingredients

  • 16 ounces water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • a dash of salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender, allowing the motor to run until smooth and homogenous. 2 medjool dates or 2 tsp honey may be substituted for the agave. If you have a weak blender, soak the dates first so they blend easily.
