Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 whole dates
  • 1 whole frozen banana (peeled)
  • 2 cups spinach, fresh
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth. Taste, adding more cocoa if desired.

Chef's Note: I find this smoothie is best super cold, so I use cold water and add an ice cube or two.
