Whether you're taking the day "off" to celebrate Thanksgiving (Thanksliving? Thanksvegan?), you're the lone veg-head, you just want to eat healthy (but without a bazilion leftovers), or you're not celebrating at all, this week's meal plan has something for everyone!
This week the individual meal plan comes with TWO menus and TWO shopping lists: one 5-day meal plan and shopping list that allows for two "flex days" (for those who are taking Thanksgiving off), and another 2-day menu and shopping list designed just for Thanksgiving (with no leftovers - even on the individual plan!!!).
The 2-day menu features a special menu for Thanksgiving and the day after. (If you plan to do the entire week, combine 'em all together).
The family meal plan also features a customizable shopping list, which allows flexibility for families and couples as well!
And yes, everything is crazy easy and can be made ahead!!
It's a really cool meal plan with a lot of great options, no matter your situation or schedule! Plus there's no leftovers and no waste!
And YES! Soy-free, gluten-free, vegan, no oil, no nuts, etc!
We're also including the Holiday Survival Guide ebookPLUS the Thanksgiving section from my new cookbook as our FREE gift to you!
We are so THANKFUL for your support! The meal plans keep this website going. We couldn't have this free resource or our Facebook page, without your financial support through the meal plans.
So a big, juicy THANKS from us to you!

Testimonials
"The meal plans are an absolute lifesaver. No thought on my part, I could make ahead or cook as I went. If you're pressed for time, you'll really like them!"- Amy R
"My family started using the meal plans when we first went plant-based. Then after a while we thought that we could do it on our own and stopped our subscription. Today we are going back! I'm excited to get time back that I was spending trying to plan out meals. The meal plans are worth every penny!!"- Krystal J
