I feel like I'm traveling non-stop these past few weeks - and I love it! I arrived in LA yesterday morning, and I am traveling again today to San Diego.

I got to stop by the Forks Over Knives office for lunch - they even had both HHC and EHH!

And lunch was good

Last night was the meetup and book signing in LA at Veggie ...

Last night I was back in Austin for the SXSW Plant-Strong Potluck with John Joseph from the Cro Mags, Robert Cheeke from Vegan Bodybuilding, and Rip Esselstyn from The Engine 2 Diet. I was amazed at how many people came -- I'd swear there were over 200 people there! It was so much fun I may have to come back to Austin just to go ...

The meetup and book signing at Spiral Diner in Dallas last night was great! I love meeting Herbies - and having good food!

Not all the meals are mine, but they were good. They are from top to bottom - Taco Salad, Hummus, Wrap, BBQ Salad, and Queso.

Tonight, March 15^th,  I will be co-hosting the SXSW Plant-Strong Pot Luck with Rip Esselstyn from The Engine ...

There has been so much going on at SXSW! I don't know where to begin, from the great food to the interesting events. I am kind of sad that it is all ending. I won't forget crashing a Cooking Channel party anytime soon!

Yesterday I hosted a little party in Austin (well, maybe not too little -- 30 Herbies came!). My amazing and wonderful High School sweet heart (Chris) held it at his house.

I served Mexican Dip (p.230, HHC), Jalapeno-Cornbread (p. 68, EHH), Butter Bean Cookies (p.241, EHH) and a recipe from my new cookbook, HH Abroad -- Lentil Tacos!
