Scott & I spent the weekend in Charleston, SC for his 10th Citadel reunion. It was the first time I was back in Charleston since our wedding and since I was vegan.
Although the South--and especially Charleston, is known for its hospitality, I had to wonder how hospitable it would be to some rather picky vegans from New York City.
It's been a long time since I've posted a restaurant review of any kind, no? I guess that's because Scott & I haven't been traveling (or eating out) as much this past year. A sign I have been way too busy? Perhaps. But that's how I like it!
My best friend Jim lives in D.C. so I find myself there fairly often. We went down this weekend to see him and to check out the legendary Cherry Blossoms. Here's some pictures from our trip!

This weekend I went up to Boston to see a few friends from law school and attend the Boston Veg Fest. The weather was perfect and the foliage was spectacular.
