I had an interesting conversation with my friend Dave* a few weeks ago.
Dave had asked me what he could do to lose 10lbs. Knowing Dave frequents drive-thru's and buys a lot of convenience foods on the go, I suggested he start making his own food.
He said "I know I should, but, with my schedule, I can't cook all the time. I just don't have the time."
I asked him which fast food place was closest ...
It was my parents first vegan thanksgiving and I'll cut to the chase and say it went over really well. Lots of Mmmm's were heard and after my Dad went back for seconds he sat down and said "I had no idea you could have, really, everything we'd always had, just healthy and vegan."

Wow! I'm still going through all your entries to see which HH recipe wins the title of the absolute "fan favorite."
It's a close call, for sure --- I was amazed at how many different recipes were picked. There is definitely no clear favorite, which I think is awesome!
