Spicy Orange Greens

Prepare noodles (if using) according to package instructions and set aside. Pour water, low sodium soy sauce, ginger, and red pepper flakes into a skillet. Turn heat to high and saute ginger until fragrant, about a minute. Whisk in marmalade and then add greens. Reduce heat to medium and using tongs, flip the greens in the saucepan until they are bright green and have softened. Toss the greens together with noodles if using. Alternatively, toss sauce with cooked broccoli and noodles and serve.
