A Vegan Taste of Albuqueque

While Scott and I were road tripping in June, we made our way to Arizona, stopping for a late lunch in Albuquerque. As soon as we arrived, I popped onto happycow.net and couldn't pass up a place called Mint Tulip. We tried a buffalo wrap (spicy but delicious) with side fruit salad and a side of their queso, which I didn't think to take a picture of, but it was outstanding! We also had vegan soft serve (which I ended up sharing with the pugs) and Scott treated himself to a peanut butter chocolate shake that was pretty awesome. I also had their mint limeade, which was so refreshing in the heat. After Albuquerque we headed to the Petrified Forrest and Painted Desert which was beautiful and fascinating.
