1 List, 5 Meals: Indian Week Meal Plan

Indian food is like the Mexican food of Asia. Don't let the names scare you the ingredients are chickpeas (Chana), lentils (Dal), and Spices (Masala).

This week's meal plan recipes are Curried Sweet Potato Soup, Chana Palak Masala, Gandhi Bowl, Red Lentil Dal, and Curried Chickpea Sandwiches.
