This crisp can be made with any frozen fruit. Blueberries are my favorite with pineapple licking its heels.
Blueberry Crisp
1 package frozen blue berries, rinsed
5 tbsp agave
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup raw sugar
ground cinnamon - just a few dashes
Directions:
Preheat 400F
1. Place blueberries into 10" glass dish
2. Sprinkle with sugar (my 1/3 cup is an estimate)
3. Mix oats, agave, flour - it'll crumble
4. Put crumbles on blueberries
5. Dash with cinnamon
6. Bake 10-12 minutes, until crisp hardens
SINGLE SERVING:
1/4 package (about 1/2 cup) frozen fruit
1-2 TB raw agave nectar
3 tbsp oats
1 slightly heaping tbsp flour
few dashes of cinnamon
